elements failed in 2d meshing

I build a 2D mesh, but I continue to se Elements Failed = 100% and I didn't understand why. Is there any solutions? thank you in advanceimage

    Hello,

    The element quality visualization is based on the criteria file.

    Can you check if the values in your criteria files are good and also do a right click on the legend and click on Failed Count. It will help you to know which criteria is not respected.

    You can also deactivate some criteria in the Criteria File and you will not see then in your legend.

    For which solver are you working? If it is not for Radioss or explicit simulation you don't need to care of this one and you can uncheck it on the criteria file.
