Is it possibility of fatigue analysis in optistruct. if possible please help me by tutorial and fatigue analysis user guide.

Hi,
Yes OptiStruct has fatigue solutions for high life and low life cycles. There a couple of tutorials available on OptiStruct help, please refer to those. Vety soon we are going to release an exclusive eBook based on fatigue with OptiStruct.
