Hi,
some element share the same ID which is not allowed.
You can renumber element IDs using Tools>Renumber>Elements
Or go to Options (Press O on your keyboard)>Mesh>'allow duplicate IDs'

Bad element quality can also be a reason for this error.

I am also facing the same issue I tried both the option you said sir . But still didnt get it error free. Alos my mesh is a 1d mesh so I think no chane for any qualit issues. If you could please solve it it would be great
