Error #1000

I'm new in this forum and I don't know English perfectly. I apologize for any error. 

I'm an italian boy and a student of the University of Florence. I'm studyng Hypermesh, template Optistruc.

I'm modeling a task exam when I can request a structural analysis and then a structural-thermal analysis. 

I had any problem to launching the structural-thermal analysis.

What is the problem?
