How to apply torque to hex elements
Altair EmployeeI have a hex mesh to which I need to apply a moment. I made the hex elements RBODY. I am using 2017.2. I created RBE2 elements to apply the moment, but when I check the analysis I get the following error. I tried to modify the RBE2 but could not figure out the dependent and independent nodes selection.

The RBODY with reference grid ID 332040 is constrained by more
than six degree of freedom.

Hi,
Looks like you are restricting the rbe2 and applying load at same time.
Please check and update
