HyperView player error

I have a problem with runnin Hyper View Player 11.0(Local 32-bit).
It says:
hvp.exe - Error in progress (0xc0150002).

This problem is probably due to a non admin install.

create ALTAIR_HOME envt variable and specify the path of the hvp.exe under value.

Or you can just install the free HVP from the website again.
