How can I see the strain energy when analyzing normal modes?

Hi everyone.

 

How can I see the strain energy when analyzing normal modes? Apart from showing the displacement, I would like to see the distribution of strain energy in the elements at a natural frequency.

    Anyone know how to see stresses/strain energy during modal analysis? I guess that this is pretty simple to do, I just can't find any explanation or tutorial on it.

    please check if you get a result for the I/O Option ESE (Output Request)

     

    Help File:

    The ESE command can be used in the I/O Options or Subcase Information sections to request strain energy and strain energy density output for all subcases or individual subcases respectively.
