Electrical Cable Motion Study
Good day, community,
Is it possible to model the movement of an electrical cable as the assembly moves? For example, the twisting and bending of a cable running along a robotic arm as the arm's links move. Similar to this YouTube video:

I'm, trying to model an electrical connector being pulled out of a socket through a pulley. Essentially, I want to know if Inspire can simulate flexible objects (vs non-rigid bodies).

Hakan is correct in that this approach is commonly completed by using NLFE bodies.
There is an example in the Altair Community Exchange that shows a robotic spider with the NLFE bodies.
I feel it will correctly demonstrate the approach you are after.
