Shaded elements and mesh lines doesn't display correctly

How to make this mesh display back to normal?

When I click Shaded elements and mesh lines, the meshes will become all black.

I've tried to reset Hypermsh setting back to default, but it didn't work.

Any suggestions would be really be appreciated!

I just tried, zooming in doesn't work.  The elements are still black. I tried a simpler model.

Are you sure your graphic card is found in supported hardware list for Hyperworks?

Could your share the model? I would like to check that on my hardware.

I don't know. Maybe the hardware issue?

    I use HW 2017.2 Windows 7 x64 with NVIDIA Quadro 2000M 2048M DDR3, laptop Thinkpad W520.
