Is it possible to create *surface element* by components in HW2022.2 ?

In the old version (HW2021) it was possible to create a *set segment* and under this it was a *surface element*. The selection could be done by components. Now in HW2022.2 this option seems to be exchanged. The selection list only allows *sets* or *elements*. And with *elements* comes *faces*, *facets*, *edges* and *fe edges*.
 With tcl.-concole it is possible to change it, but if I re-import the inp.-file the programm couldn't find the changed *surface element*...

Is there a chance to get this option back somehow?
