Force Vector of Node Output

Hi everyone,

I would like to get a force vector (x,y,z) for a special node if possible.  I apply an enforced displacement to a node and then I need the forces at this node as output.

I tried somethiong with Global Output SPCF, but I dont know whether that is the right way to do it?

Thank you all!

Best regards,

Timo

Yes. It is spcf results that you should request.

You can request it in OPTI format or Punch for ascii output.

Additionally if you need this for a particular node, you can request it for a SID (set id of type SET_GRID with the desired nodes).

If you don't choose a set all nodes with spc or spcd will be written.
