Why is the software disabled when importing 3D Cad files to Hyperwork?

I am also facing this same issue with my hyperworks account it once showed that there is a segmentation error in importing the model and after that the application gets close. Now whenever I am importing any catpart after opening the Hyperworks it is getting close without showing any tab or anything.
