Large Displacement

Hi everyone !

I'm trying to study large displacement of 2D model in OptiStruct in order to compare the results with our FE solver !

In my solver, I'm using Saint Venant Kirfchhof behaviour law to resolve Non-Linear Large Displacement problem.

When I perform the same simulation with OptiStruct I find something weird ! Maybe it's due to behaviour law in OptiStuct ... For sure I'm using the wrong one (not SVK one).

My question  : Is there is a way, in OptiStruct, to write a subroutine (SVK behaviour law) ... and run the simulation using the user behaviour law (written in the subroutine) ?

Best regards,

Please refer attached material to use user defined material in OptiStruct.

    Thanks mate for your answer :)/emoticons/default_smile.png' srcset='/emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x' title=':)' width='20' />

    I have some questions :

1- *dll file represent what exactly ? Library or package for user defined material ?

2 -  To define Saint Venant Kirchhof behaviour law, I should modify :
    +,PROPERTY,210000.0,0.4,320.0,500.0,0.0,180.0,1.2e+2 ??!

    Cheers !
