Signed VonMises in Expresseion Builder is supported in HyperView 2017.2 version.
I recommend you to update to the latest HyperWorks version.

I didn't understand on 'alternating stress'. Can you please elaborate more on this.
i need to evaluate a component for 100000 cycles
alternating stress: siga=(sigmax-sigmin)/2
i need to compute siga from signed Von mises

I think this is possible only through expression builder.
I'll check into this and will update you if any workaround is possible.
