% of load plot card optistruct results

I am running NON linear Analysis..Which Card should i use? ....I want to visualize % load in Hyper view results using optistruct as a Solver

20% of load

... like this

In ABAQUS we use 'TIME POINTS'  card...But in Optistruct which card ?
