Installation Problems

Hello,

the installation of my product went well. During starting I got a failure message: "hwx.exe funktioniert nicht mehr". The only thing I can do is to close the message and either debug or close the program. So I can't even start the program. It always gives me that failure message during the starting sequenze.

A uninstallation and reinstallation didn't fix the problem. What can I do or what is the problem?

    Hi Fabian,

    This type of issue may require you to create a Support Case and have someone help you through the installation process. 

    Is this a standard installation or student version?

    Is this on Windows 10, 11, or other?
