    Can you please share which physicsAI version you are using, your license type, and the number of Altair Units (AU) it has? To know your number of Altair Units, please sign in your Altair One account (https://altairone.com/home) -> open the dot-alike menu in the top right corner > Managed Licenses. This will help us determine the issue, which can be related to a versioning bug.
