Problems with opening Hyperworks

Greetings

I have been facing issues in opening Hyperworks and working on it. I get the following message when I try to open it

I have already tried implementing the solutions presented in the forum from beforehand questions but nothing seems to be working.

Could you please help me solve this problem?

    Hello,

    Did you try to remove the temporary files (hmmenu.set, hwsettings.tcl, command.tcl) available in the directory My Documents ?

    I have already tried removing the files and have also tried downloading and reinstalling the applications numerous times.

    No the application does not open after clicking on HyperMesh 2020.

    I heard that there are issues with the Windows 10 20xx version with Hyperworks 2020.x. This is not your case.

    Maybe try release 2019?

    Can you clear AltairLibraries folder in your user home directory & try again?
