long run time

hi all

i am running an topology optimization using volfrac,disp and stress constriants

objective : minimize mass.

run is taking too many time like 12 hrs how to reduce it.

node count is around 4,50,000

is this set up right , since iread from somewhere that volume and mass both cant be used as responses
