How to do scripting in Optistruct?
Do I need to download any programming language for it or is there any inbuilt connections in Optistruct?

Optistruct is just a SOLVER. I don't think there's scripting programming language support for solver.
Do I'm wrong?
But I could read Optistruct's results solver by scripting programming.

Hyperworks comes with inbuilt support for scripting using Tcl/Tk.
You can view the programming console by going to View>Command Window.
