Rigid Body

i created contact between ( tie ) shell and solid body . but there is slightly penetration between them . Here shell elements( slave ) i mentioned as rigid body . so if i give adjust function the slave nodes will move? also the adjust function for rigid body is feasible?

What is the solver you are using and what type of analysis is it?

You can de-penetrate the slave and master by moving away from each other.

Here i am using abaqus solver and it is static analysis

I am not really sure about Abaqus. I would suggest you check with Abaqus support for the same.
