Morph constraint error

I'm working on a shape optimization of a tube and I want to create a Morph constraint (2D continuous tangency). I'm getting the error, which you can see in the picture resulting in Hypermesh crashing. What am I doing wrong?

The error occurs while creating a tangency morph constraint for the two middle 2 D Domains.

I'm not getting any error or crashes while creating the tangency morph constraint.
