Impactor does not perforate the laminate

Can someone help me to understand why the impactor bounces off the laminate instead of punching through it? In hyperview there is stress, but then it bounces.
What did I do wrong?

Hi
In order to the perforation happens, you need to define the criterion for material failure.
the /FAIL does not have limit value , e.g., strain to the element deletion.
the /MAT has the eps_max set, but maybe it is too large. eps_max is plastic strain, it is not the total
