Hello Everybody,

I want to know if in EDEM exists, any option available to graph the discharge trajectory of the bulk material simulated? I tried to find it in the Analyst section in the graph tab, but I could not.

Thank you for your responses

    Hi Pablo,

In EDEM  you can use streamlines to visualise the trajectory :

    https://2022.help.altair.com/2022.2/EDEM/Analyst/AnalystTree-Display.htm

Otherwise you could use selections to select a set of particles and export the X,Y,Z positions (over time if required or 1 time-step), its not something that is plotted by default but the data is there for the analysis.

    Regards

    Stephen

Thank you Stephen for your response,

    Thank you for your time.

    Hi Pablo,

You can use the Manual Selection function.  It's shown in the e-learning:

In the e-learning it's Lesson 17.6: Creating Selection Groups.
