How would you model a fit (clearance fit, pressure fit) in RadiOSS?

I tried to model a fit between two solid Parts by using INTER/TYPE7 and I get loads of warnings because of intersections. 

Is this the correct approach? And are there any recommendation how to get rid of the intersections? The automatic tool that is part of the model checker did not help.

    You can use /INTER/TYPE24 and inacti = -1 and if necessary modify Tpressfit parameter (in newer releases, if you are still using 2020? it is not available to modify there, it is hardcoded) for this

    Type24 in help

    As you found you can't (shouldn't) have intersections if using TYPE7
