I have extracted the data below from a txt report.  It extracted as it appears on the report into the table.  How do I get it into a single line using Data Prep?

I exported to excel and it appears as a single line.  Guess this is just a view thing in DP.  DP is treating it as a single line as I tried to extract from the end of the string and it worked.

    Hi Janet,

It seems that you may have answered your own question and I wanted to confirmed this question was resolved, as well as, your information was captured into a single line as you were expecting.

I believe you were experiencing the ROW HEIGHT of your information displaying in DPS as multiple lines correctly though end-results will be placed into single line when Exported.  This option allows one to verify the content is being captured.  Using the 'Row Height' will allow you to expand or collapse the information.  I have included screen shot highlighting the ROW HEIGHT function.

The Learning Guide provides quick explanation on pg. 63 of the document (73/432 in PDF).
