How to activate : TheaRenderSketchUpFeature?

Hi

I would like to ask you for explanation how do I activate following licences:

1. TheaRenderSketchUpFeature

2. GlobalZoneEU

Or better to say, if you could explain it to me what those licences are? Because I use Thea Render and those two are additional programs?
