Creating multiple zero distance spring elements

In HyperMesh 2023, we want to add a Spring element.
We want to insert it at a node where the red element and the blue element overlap as shown in the figure.
Since the distance of Spring is 0, it seems to be somewhat difficult to merge the elements after creating them with Equivalence.

Please tell me how to create nodes with distance 0 at all nodes of the cylindrical edge.
