Hi,

I'm working on Hyperstudy and i parameterized 1d beam Dimensions a, b (Hight, width).

I'm facing issue in DOE.

In DOE beam dimensions are not updating in main files (.fem) jobs  and its showing as generic in while reviewing.

Thanks.

    what solver are you using?

Are you working with a parametrized file? (.tpl)

if it is OptiStruct, you could use PBARL/PBEAML to make it easy to parametrize your 1D model.

    Hi Adriano A Koga,

Iam using optistruct solver 19.1 version,

I parametrized the beam dimensions a, b(width, hight) in Hyperstudy .tpl

i used PBAR to parametrize 1D model.

    Thanks.

in the PBAR you would actually need to parametrize the AREA and Inertia Moments of the PBAR section.

I'd change it to PBARL (if it is a rectangular section), where you enter directly the values of a and b.
