Boost converter (2 mosfets(model))

Hi,

I am trying to get a boost converter to work. If I remove the second mosfet(right) and replace it with a diode the circuit works properly. I cant figure out why the second mosfet is not turning on and off and I have set the duty cycle to 1-D of the first mosfet. I have also added a delay for the second mosfet. I am trying to simulate an IC im working on(tps65133). I dont think the mosfet is turning on and off correctly.
