Meshing failed

Hi!
I'm trying to mesh a solid with TetraMesh and it states the following error: '2 edges failed nodal setup. Meshing failed'.
But I can't see anything wrong or red colored or anything that tells me where the mistake is. Even with visualisation options. The solid is created properly with bounding surfaces so I guess there are not free edges.
Could you help me?

If you can't see anything wrong, how we can see something without your model?

free edges are there in this region.Connect these nodes and do tet modeling.

@SergioV: You have 445 elements with aspect ratio > 20! So please make correction of your 2D mesh before filling 3D.
