Error message after updating FEKO to 2025.1.1

Hello,

I've just update FEKO from 2025.1 to 2025.1.1.

Chan launching a cadfeko file, I got the message : "Your application macro library is corrupted, please contact support"

The soft works well however.

Any idea how to solve this ?

And by the way, do i have compatibility of files between the two versions ?

Hello,

I think the corrupted macro library happended in the middle of updating the Feko via the internet.

So, the best way (not to make the same thing happen again) is to deinstall the existing Feko and re-install the Feko using the installation files downloadable from the Altair market place: Upper one first → Lower one

However, once 2025.1 is installed, how to ensure the update to 2025.1.1 won't crash the macro lib again ?

Downloading the repository file, 2025.1.1 file from the marketplace should be more stable updating way than using the internet directly. (Meaning the problem was not the installation file, but the way of updating.)

Here are the steps for How to update from this folder

Open CADFEKO (2025.1 version)
File menu > Check for updates > Cancel on "Altair Feko check for updates"
Go to Setting tab > Select Local repository for "Update from"
Select 1) Folder, if you unzipped the file (2025.1.1) downloaded from the Marketplace or 2) File, otherwise
Browse the folder or the file
