Why is the Radioss Solver telling me that it can't find a file to run when the file is in my folder?

Description: I prepare a HyperMesh file in the 2024 version of Radioss and when I run a simulation, it automatically fails because one of the files "cannot be found." However, the particular file is in the folder that I am running the simulation in. Additionally, sometimes this message will not show and sometimes it will. I have tried creating new folders each run so that files do not get messy but that hasn't fixed the problem yet. This is the exact error message:

MESSAGE ID : 144
** ERROR: INPUT FILE test_0002.rad NOT FOUND

ERROR TERMINATION

Good evening!

I quickly reviewed the model, and every thing looks good also its running fine.

But only one issue in the model is you have created the two engine files in the model as shown below, so please delete 1st engine file which does not contains any keywords.

Please update the changes to model and let me know your comments.
