Error while opening ansys .rst file

Couple more questions to debug the issue.

1. Whats the version of the Ansys file?

2. Are you loading both Model and result file in File Open Dialog, ? if Yes, are you seeing this issue if you load only the rst file?

3. You could also try loading the same files in HyperView and share a screen shot of the error messages, you see, if any.

Could you help me with these steps:

1. Are you loading both Model and result file in File Open Dialog, ? if Yes, are you seeing this issue if you load only the rst file in both Model and Result file entries?

2. You could also try loading the same files in HyperView and share a screen shot of the error messages, you see, if any.

Evaluation HyperLife (FKM nonwelded) Model calculated in Ansys-Workbench

How can i generate a set to evaluate a selected Area: for example surface roughness

So far i found out:

Reading ds.dat rename ds.cdb

then reading files.rst

i have generated one component of areas and one component of nodes in Ansys-Workbench

the component in HyperLife imported results to a set with nodes (but it seams the set has elements to)

the set with the nodes

but no part appears in the table "Assign Material Data" to define for "Evaluate Run"
