HyperView - Force vectors not appear (N/A) - MotionView model

User: "Thomas_"

Hello,
I'm using Motion View 2022.1. I have a multi-body system with a few external forces applied. After simulating the model, in HyperView -> Animation, I tried to plot the force vectors, but they weren't appearing and I got the value: N/A.
The other internal forces in the system appear as vectors.

For the Animation, i load my model in .h3d, and i chose Advanced Result-Math template as i saw in others discussion about this vector problem.

I have three external forces (see image), and only the first one appears as a vector.
However, the other forces are still active; I can see their impact on the movement of my system.
I also selected the first active force and gave it the coordinates and values of the others . It works, so it's not a parameter issue, but perhaps an instance issue with the force object.

Can someone help me with this ?

Best regards

    Hello @Thomas_ ,

have you created the appropriate force output on MotionView side? You can do this from the build in output requests.

This will let you visualize the vectors in Hyperview later on.

Here is some relative documentation on defining a force output using an entity .

    Hope this helps!

    Best regards,

    Hello @Orestis_YB,
    Thanks for your reply.

    Perfect, it works!
I thought the output query was only useful for plotting data.

    Thanks for your help!
