Description: I am using FluxMotor 2025 student licence for design of SynRM and I would like to try compare it with switched reluctance machine. Is it possible to design SRM (switch) in FluxMotor? I mean setting the input voltage etc.

Product/Topic Name : FluxMotor v2025, SRM, Switched reluctance machine, Design in FluxMotor

    Hi Matus,

    Thank you for contacting Altair.

Switch reluctance motor can be simulated in Flux2D and 3D. Unfortunately in FluxMotor it is not available today. Setting the input voltage can be done in Flux.

If you are working on a specific project please let us know, we can help you.

    Thanks

    Karun
