Inspire non-deserialized results and PhysicsAI
Dear community,
I have fully parametrized a pressure vessel using Inspire to generate lots of data through DesignExplorer to create a PhysicsAI project.
Although, the DoE result files are in a deserialized format, such that each run of the DoE is broken into 6 different "optiResHvtransOut.h3d" files.
Is it okay to feed these into pAI?
If not, how can I keep a single .h3d for each run of a DoE?
Thank you.

Hey Adriano!
That's odd, because I don't see .h3d files in the DoE directory. That's why I went looking into the default folders in the "Documents".
No .h3d files here, with the option "Save model for each run" check or unchecked.
But the deserialized results folder contains the same amount of runs as the DoE + Nominal run and the files have been generated at the same date/time. Hence my thinking of using them.
Another odd thing is that I'm not able to load the result from runs in the DoE either.
Not even from the Results Explorer:
I have tried saving the inspire model without the results to "start from scratch", after cleaning up temp files as well but it doesn't seem to fix my issues.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
i would recheck what can be wrong with your specific model. It is hard to tell without the model.
hi,
this doesn't seen to be the DOE folder. It looks like the regular run folder, with simple analysis that you have run previously. (they could also be used to feed PAI).
Usually Design Explroer will have a user-specified folder, defined under the preferences/options.
It should have afew different folders, and structure, such as:
Study_1
doe_1
nom_1
run_00001
run_00002
…
..
For PhysicsAI you would need to give the DOE folder, and it should find all the *.h3d files.
As Inspire creates usually 2 files, you can further filter the results, such as *Out.h3d.
