Ticket for issue with Hypermesh Batch Processing

Hi Altair Community,

I have been having issues having Altair batch processing work in python with my for Hypermesh 2025.

Is there a way to get a ticket? I've reviewed all the "batch" related posts and I haven't had a successful solution yet.

Image 1: My check.py script only prints out "hello"

Image 2: No output when I use "-b". I ran command prompt in administrative mode. Even if I were to process something, that hypermesh instance won't pop up.

Image 3: When I run it without "-b", it opens Hypermesh 2025 GUI and outputs "hello" in python console.

Any help? I've made a previous post and comments over the past month but I have not found a solution yet.

    Hi @GTT Adam,

    It says I do not have the ability to create a case. I assume this is because the hypermesh software I am using is not registered under my account.

    As a test, I am simply printing "hello", as shown in the screenshot. This is correctly outputted on the python console in hypermesh but not so in the command prompt when I use "-b".

    If you are unable to use the account that is registered for this product, please contact your Account Manager to see if you have the ability to create support cases.

    My license is part of a network wide license for an institution. I do nothave the ability to contact my account manager.
