Hi Matthew,

Thank you for your response. I was in contact with my company's IT team which was able to get this working by downloading the latest version of the software (still not sure why it was not working on the old version…). However, now I see that you can only use the multistorey designer with an etabs model that is from etabs 2015 v15.2.3 or etabs 2016-2021. My company currently has etabs 2022. Is there any way to use this with the multistorey designer?

ETABS V22 will be supported in the upcoming release of S-CONCRETE which is due out next month. We can let you know when this is made available.

I'm afraid we are still waiting for the official release, and license update for Version 2025, which hasn't happened yet. We'll be sure to update you as soon as this happens, and apologize the inconvenience.
