Problem to get a .txt output file with Hyperstudy

Good afternoon,

I am facing issues to get an output file for a study on PSIM, which take a parameter (.txt) file and a schematics (.psimsch) as inputs. For the solver inputs arguments, I put first the .psimsch file as input and the .txt file supposed to be created by Hyperstudy to store outputs (with the same name as .psimsch file). However, when I run definition, this .txt file is not created, so that I cannot define any data source in "Define Output Response". Do you have any idea of how I can fix it ?

Thanks for your consideration

    Hello Baptiste,

Are you using 'Parameterized File' type of model? or the PSIM model type?

If you're using the Parameterized File, you should type under 'Solver Input File' the name of the .txt (the same name as psimsch) And under 'Model Resources' you need to add the .psimsch.

Model Resources > Resource Assistant > Add File > Select the .psimsch > Copy.

On the left side you should see the .tpl and the .psimsch & on the right side the .txt and the .psimsch.

For the 'Solver Input Arguments' Kindly try with this ones:

If your Setup is already like this and it's not working, could you please create a Support ticket and share your archive?

    File > Export > hstx.

Or if you're using the PSIM Model type, kindly also create a support ticket so that we can investigate better.

    Kind Regards,

    Paola Álvarez.
