Based on your image, we can see that you connected model "mod" and performance "per", this is a wrong connection and you dont need this. Remove it and observe the result.

Now you connected "per" to "tes" and "exa" to "per", this should be reversed. "Per" to "per" and "exa" to "tes".
I recommend you go through some examples on academy to understand the working on these connections.

Most of the operators in Rapidminer have a tutorial process. Once you click on the operator, in the help window you can see "Jump to tutorial Process". If you click this, you will get a link to the tutorial and you can observe the tutorial process. If you cannot see help window, you need to enable it in View --> Show Panel --> Help
