How to create constraint exclude radial direction?

Hi everyone, I have a Oval shape in 3D solid. And my problem is constraint a surface. But request is constraint exclude radial direction.

Base on figure, please teach me that I have to constraint which dofs ( X,Y,Z) ?

You can create a local cylindrical system and not constrain the radial(dof2)
