Beam section metadata not present

I'm not sure exactly which interface you are using from your screenshot?

How did you get there?

Opening from model browser I have this: but it doesn't look like the same browser you are in?

I get the same options when I open from the model browser as I do in the pop up after clicking the standard section button (from the beam sections button in the Mesh ribbon). My colleagues have all of the options that you have when opening so I'm not sure why I don't.

Are you using the same profile as your colleagues?  Same model?

We are all using 2021.2 with the same license. Other than that I'm not sure what you mean sorry

I guess it is called "solver interface" now but are you using the OptiStruct profile or Radioss or some other profile?

I just swapped off OptiStruct and back on and the problem seems to be solved now thank you
