Unable to see the geometry once i import step file or iges file

I am using the student version of Hyperworks. I tried loading a geometry into HyperWorks for meshing. The file was in "IGES" format (attached) and after loading the geometry, it did not show the geometry in GUI(Screenshot attached). I then decided to import the same geometry in "STEP" format (attached). still the same result. I tried fitting the geometry into the viewport by pressing F. But then it is not loading. Kindly help.
