How to solve cyclic symmetry problem in Optistrcut (Normal Mode)

I have a established a 1/3 model (see fig attached). And I tried 4 different boundary conditions in left and right boundary area (sym-left and sym-right;sym-left and antisym-right;antisym-left and sym-right;antisym-left and antisym-right).

But when 4 results for these 4 loadsteps are combined, these results differ a lot compared with the whole model in Normal Mode Analysis.

How can I deal with this problem in OS, can anyone help me??  Thanks a lot!
