Hi Roy,
Unfortunately we don't have any tutorials or examples for foam compression tests.
We can use /MAT/LAW33 (Visco-Elastic Plastic Foam Material) or /MAT/LAW70 (Visco-elastic Foam Tabulated Material) for modelling foam.
