I have to simulate a case where a shaft support two loads between the supports and the simulation must find what is the critical speed of the shaft (Critical frequency), but i don't have any idea of how to simulate that on hypermesh

Please use critical Speed formula and give specific inputs in HyperMesh as per that.
for Frequency you need to perform Frequency response analysis.
Perform Modal Analysis , First mode will be critical frequency , later convert it into RPM.
