S-Concrete error in calculating wall concrete shear capacity using CSA23.3-14 code

I am using S-Concrete to Design concrete shear walls with CSA23.3-14. It equates Vc=0 using the General Design Method. The file attached (W22) was checked with hand calculation and Vc should be around 1750 kN instead of 0. Vs was found to be approximately same. One possible motive for error is calculated ϵx>0.003, in which case CSA23.3-14 stipulates we must use ϵx=0.003. I would appreciate any input as this is a major issue. The same thing is happening for multiple walls.
