How to create a Shear and Moment Diagrams

Hello,

I am trying to plot the Shaer, Bending Moment and Torsion of a simple beam in Hypermesh but i dont know how to do it. I read about the VMT plots, but i dont know how to set one and get the results, if someone could help me i would apreciate a lot. The HM file i am working on it is attached below
