The results of simulation look different from the process

Hi here, I am using EDEM 2022.3 to simulate the process of the particles falling from the factory due to gravity. I am confused by the simulation result it is quite different from the process. The screenshot on the left-hand side is the process, which looks good. But once the simulation is finished, it looks like the one on the right-hand side, which is weird. I try to replay the process in the analyst section, but it only shows the result like the later one. I wonder whether I mistake something and how to fix this, but it seems like there is no similar discussion in the community (or it is, but I am too stupid to find it:( )

Thanks in advance to everyone who offers to assist :)

    Hello Jia-syuan,

I think the issue you are observing here is related to the graphics card.  Try to got to Tools > Options > and enable " Render all using legacy display".  If that does the trick and the particles are showing up in their expected size I would then update your graphics drivers and see if that will allow you to go back to the rendering without legacy display.
    Kind Regards,

    Eric
